L.A. Girl Gel Liner Kit

How to apply: 

1. Dip the ultra fine eyeliner brush into gel formula, coating both sides of brush tip. Wipe off excess on tissue before applyinh to eye.
2. Line lash line with gel, working quickly as product comes transer resistant once dry.
